1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the vv999 website accessible at vv999.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, or services operated under the vv999 brand.
• "vv999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the vv999 platform and all entities acting on its behalf.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a guest browser.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance attributed to a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging into an existing Account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and references to "you" in this document shall include that individual.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the vv999 Platform. This age restriction applies to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. 3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. vv999 reserves the right to merge, freeze, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any associated Wallet balance, including Bonus funds and pending withdrawals.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. vv999 may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any point during the account lifecycle.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

vv999 operates a mandatory KYC process. We may request copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of a bKash account in your name) at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by vv999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary Account closure.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

vv999 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from vv999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify vv999 without delay if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. vv999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, except where such losses are directly attributable to a security failure on vv999's part.

vv999 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts and strongly recommends that all players enable this feature. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive priority treatment in fraud investigations.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vv999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and are subject to change. vv999 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at its discretion.

5.3 Own-Name Payment Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be frozen pending investigation and may be confiscated if the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

5.5 Transaction Fees

vv999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile money operator or bank) may apply their own fees. vv999 has no control over third-party fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All Bonuses offered by vv999 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the Bonus is offered or credited. These individual Bonus terms take precedence over the general provisions of this section where there is a conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the Bonus offer; unmet requirements result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vv999 employs automated and manual systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same Bonus, using patterns of low-risk wagering solely to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Player found to be engaged in Bonus abuse will have their Bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.

6.4 vv999 Right to Withdraw Bonuses

vv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes the Bonus is being exploited, if an error in the Bonus configuration has occurred, or if external circumstances make the Bonus unsustainable.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant Game or market. These rules are accessible within each Game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

vv999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error caused incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; (c) the bet was placed in breach of the Platform's betting rules; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or inside information related to the relevant event.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the vv999 server log constitutes the authoritative record of the transaction. Players may request a copy of the relevant server log excerpt by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed transaction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent from vv999.
• Colluding with other players in Games where collusion is possible.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of inside information in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vv999 staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

vv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: the vv999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of vv999 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use vv999 branding in any manner not expressly authorised; reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Game content (including slot titles, live dealer streams, and crash game assets) is owned by the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

11 Privacy and Data

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

vv999's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vv999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vv999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by vv999's wilful misconduct.

13 Termination and Suspension

vv999 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) vv999 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) vv999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; or (d) vv999 ceases to operate the Platform.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance (net of any active Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending.

Closure of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure. Outstanding bet settlements, pending withdrawal requests, and any disciplinary matters will be resolved in accordance with these Terms following closure.

14 Amendments to Terms

vv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vv999 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice within the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice and will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms was published.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vv999 is committed to resolving all player disputes promptly and fairly.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with the vv999 customer support team at [email protected]. vv999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may request escalation to a senior vv999 representative, who will conduct an independent review of the matter and provide a final decision within 10 business days of escalation.
